2021-22 Feed the Bay Backpack Program

Feed The Bay is a non profit program that offers food for the weekends to those that need assistance. Parents simply need to sign up at their child’s school and a food bag will be sent home (in their backpack) on Fridays during the school year. Our first food bags go home October 1.

Students and parents can learn more about the opportunities JROTC has to offer, including:

  • Flight Academy – students have the potential to earn private pilot’s license
  • Senior Math Program – 12th Graders can take JROTC Senior Math instead of Algebra II Part 3/Part 4
  • Advanced Drill Teams – compete at local and national levels. Learn how to maneuver rifles and become a drill exhibition team member.
  • Drone Pilot Training
  • Remote Control Aircraft Club
  • Exclusive College Opportunities, Scholarships, and Military Promotions
  • More information and videos are available by clicking here!

There is more to being a drone pilot than just buying a machine and flying in your backyard. It can be that simple, but most of us will need to understand some drone laws before we try to take to the sky.
